
Farro Soup
Ingredients for 4 people: 250 gr
dried beans, 250 gr of peeled tomatoes, 150 grams of farro, 100 grams of ham, 1 clove of garlic, 1 onion, 1 stalk celery, leaves 4 sage, salt, black pepper.
Preparation:
The night before, soak the dried beans in cold water. The next day, rinse and boil the beans for about 45 minutes in 1 liter of water. Meanwhile Soak the farro in cold water cleansed. Chop the ham and put it in a pan with olive oil, chopped onion with the clove of garlic, celery, sage and marjoram, then left to dry the pan.
