
LaNgalletta is what is said of the veterans of a successful weekend at the Moncucco Golosaria of Monferrato. The club has entered the Papillon as a "product of the week" along with some fine honeys and the traditional drinks of friends BEBA ... but what an honor.
We've tasted in the second weekend of Golosaria and Piedmont are all new. Let's start with Pezzolo Valley Uzzone (Cn), LaNgalletta where (location Todocco, 2 / A • tel. 0172478893) produces biscuits made with local corn and adding a little salt: thin and crisp, clearly refer to the original flavor of the corn. ReVittorio is a biscuit made from corn ottofile Red, Yellow Pignoletto Pignoletti instead of corn.
